Job Description
LogiQlink is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth and establish a strong market presence in the US, Europe, and Gulf regions. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in B2B sales within the IT services sector and a deep understanding of cloud services, AI/ML, IoT, and embedded solutions. This role is crucial in identifying, developing, and nurturing client relationships to ensure LogiQlink’s solutions reach potential clients who would benefit from our expertise in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
– Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in the US, Europe, and Gulf markets.
– Lead Generation: Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and participation in relevant events and conferences.
– Sales Process Management: Develop a systematic approach to lead qualification, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, following a structured sales pipeline.
– Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring continuous client satisfaction and repeat business.
– Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical and product teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with client needs.
– Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets to drive revenue growth and expand LogiQlink’s footprint in the designated regions.
– Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services, IoT, cloud, or embedded engineering sectors.
– Proven ability to successfully lead sales in international markets, particularly in the US, Europe, or Gulf regions.
– Strong understanding of IT solutions, including digital transformation, cloud services, AI/ML, and IoT.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
Preferred Skills
– Experience working with CRM tools and familiarity with sales automation software.
– Knowledge of emerging tech trends and a strong interest in continuous learning in the tech domain.
– Experience presenting to C-level executives and other decision-makers.
